Location:

It is situated in district Moradabad at 6 KM on both sides of Pakbara-Dhingarpur road at 8k.m. milestone of NH-24.

Objectives & Facilities:

This is a sector Special Economic Zone for handicraft products. Provision for infrastructure facilities such as: - greenbelt, boundary wall, internal development, security system, power substation, CETP, inland container depot, design and training center, helipad, school, canteen has been made.

Current Status:

In phase-I, 421.56 acres area has been developed consisting 469 plots. It is proposed to expand this project in phase-II for which 676 acres adjacent land is being acquired.

Location:

This project is proposed to be developed on north side of river Ganga barrage towards district Unnao with excellent road connectivity with Kanpur & Lucknow through NH-25 and NH-91 and air connectivity with rest of country through Amausi Airport at 50 k.m. and Chakeri Airport at 23 k.m.

Objectives & Facilities:

It is proposed to develop 3 sector specific SEZs for leather, engineering and textile/apparal products on 250 acres area each. These projects shall be provided all the requisite infrastructure facilities for SEZ.

Current Status:

UPSIDC has acquired land and development plans are being worked out.

Location:

This project shall be developed on SH-87 between Varanasi (13k.m.) & Bhadohi (11k.m.), connecting to SH-5 on west and main northern railway line on north and Babatpur Airport at 22 KM.

Objectives & Facilities:

It is proposed to develop sector specific SEZ for Handicraft products (including carpets) on 250 acres with all the requisite infrastructure facilities.

Current Status:

UPSIDC has acquired land and development plans are being worked out.
