The Project has been set up on 146 acres of land on Delhi-Saharanpur State Highway just 12 km. from I.S.B.T. Delhi. Facilities like Training Centre, Fashion Design Centre, CETP, etc. for textile units in the area has been set up in the project. Development of infrastructure facilities such as Road, Drain and Culverts, Internal Electrification, Police Outpost, Overhead Tanks and Water Distribution Pipe Line etc. have been completed.
